Youtube Festival presents the music of MATT CARDLE

Another new treat from your Prince of all Media… I will be choosing a singer and will select some songs from his/her repertoire, then I’ll post the Youtube videos for these. How easy is that?! And for the first featured artist, I give you the music of the X-Factor 2010 grand winner – the guy who conquered the charts with his amazing rendition of When We Collide and his monster-hit Run For Your Life – Mr. Matt Cardle!

I thought his version of Adele’s Set Fire To The Rain is so good. It sounded very original and just full of emotions. UH-MAZING!

Happy ‘V’ Day! from your Prince of all Media

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

I bet all the florists around the globe are very happy not to mention the restaurants that’ll be ridiculously full with reservations for  tonight.

I grew up celebrating V day more like a family day as it’s my Dad’s birthday. Even my parents I guess. They never had a proper ‘date’ on a Valentine’s Day as it has always been family affair.

This year… I don’t know. Well, we’ll carry on with our usual birthday dinner with Dad and as for my personal celebration of this occasion, SECRET!!!

Here are some timeless love songs to keep you in the V mood today:

Love, love, love :-)

As expected, Adele reigned supreme!

We’ve lost Whitney but surely, we’ve gained a new sensation… Adele, as expected, won all the Grammy awards she was nominated for. Congratulations!

Top 11 Songs of 2011

This is it! One of my favourite categories for my Top 11 for 2011 series. There are plenty of monster-radio hits last year but only a few left a mark and, in five years time, will represent 2011.

Just to give you a hint of what to expect in this very exciting countdown; 1 artist got 2 songs in my hitlist, a Gaga-theme dance tune, a song about finding love in the most unexpected setting, a party anthem, a heart-break song, the most annoying song of 2011 (IMO), a massive hit from the fastest-rising star last year, a disco classic from the Queen of dance-floor and many others.

11. Pitbull’s Give Me Everything

10. Jennifer Lopez’ On The Floor

9. Lady Gaga’s Edge of Glory
